Daniel Victor

President, Debaters’ Council of Sri Lanka

What an advisor does

There are nineteen regional advisors, one or two per circuit. Daniel Victor covers Sri Lanka.

If you debate in Sri Lanka, ask Daniel first. Daniel knows your circuit and can reach us directly.

Advisors pass registration dates, fees and deadlines on to their circuits as soon as we publish them.

Advisors tell the organising committee what their circuit needs on cost, visas and timing.
